Jovana Urriola is a distinguished Panamanian chef with over a decade of experience working in a variety of culinary environments. In 2018, Jovana secured second place in the second season of the international competition Top Chef Panama. Following her TV debut, Jovana opened her own restaurant Soo Artisan Kitchen, where she captured the essence of fine Panamanian cuisine. Jovana's talent then caught the attention of Hollywood, as she then became the private chef for renowned actor Owen Wilson. She has had the honor of cooking for former presidents of Panama, ambassadors, and other celebrities. She has since brought her talent and passion to Los Angeles, Hawaii, and now Washington DC. Most recently, Jovana took the #1 spot at the EventsDC embassy chef competition.

Jovana takes an unconventional approach to developing dishes. She does not have one specialty, but instead focuses on creating unique, feel-good food that is inspired by flavors from across the globe.
